Maintenance Technician
knowledge and experience in basic repairs, plumbing, electric, painting, etc. in a quality and timely manner.
Resident Service Requests and General Maintenance- Completes service requests and general maintenance to include but not limited to responding, diagnosing, requesting parts, and establishing a timeframe for completion within 24 hours.
Make Readies- Executes 3-5 day turns
Asset Preservation- Maintains daily awareness of the condition of the property and proactively reports physical maintenance problems, safety hazards, potential liability issues, and resident violations to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Competitive Pay ($22-25 USD/based on experience).

Skills and Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License (Company vehicle provided).
Residential maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work on the weekends and provide on call support on a rotating basis.
