We are a small custom house builder. We don’t work in anyone’s house no homeowners/pets to deal with, just build. We are finishing up an existing build and looking to secure one to two other carpenters/laborers to setup a 2-3 main crew for the next build which is ready to go as soon as the existing one is finished. Must be flexible as we aren’t just framing or siding all day every day sometimes it’s the little/odd ball stuff that needs to get done. * No matter the skill level must be willing to take instructions and communicate with the construction manager. If you have a better way of doing things/suggestions speak up, we are willing to listen and always learn but you must be able to do the same. *Strong work ethic, hard worker, honest and reliable. *Seeking laborer, carpenter, handyman, or skilled person * No experience necessary, any experience or skill that can be proven will be compensated for. The ability to stay busy and work efficient will be valued. * Full time position but open to someone’s schedule part time if they’re going to school,etc. unlimited amount of hours you can work. *Valid ID *Paid 1099, in the future w2 employment if requested.
