Conduct daily inspection program
B. Complaint/Request call in log
C. Periodic Scheduling
D. Specification Compliance
E. Follow-up on Customers requests
Manpower Management
A. Comply with staffing schedules
B. Route all staffing requests through the DTK Office
C. Allocate labor resources for maximum effectiveness
D. Train/Re-train as needed
Payroll/Costing
A. Follow established pay rates for each position
B. Comply with budgets
C. Bi-weekly payroll review and approval
D. Assure timely distribution of payroll
Project Retention
A. Anticipation of Customer Needs
B. Specification compliance and communication
C. Periodic compliance
Project Productivity
A. Periodic review of employee's cleaning techniques
B. Review of equipment usage
C. Training/Re-training of new procedures
