Here at 5-Star STR Cleaning Company, we are looking for a reliable, experienced, Vacation Rental Cleaner (Airbnb Cleaner). This position is a crucial part of our team in helping ensure our guests have a memorable experience by doing whatever it takes to provide a clean, worry-free stay! RESPONSIBILITY: ● Complete “Property Inventory Checklist” ● Complete “Cleaning Crew Checklist” ● Complete inventory list for maid closet (notify property manager when stock is running low) ● Document any missing or damaged items ● Communicate problems with property manager ● Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs ● Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance ● Must be okay with working independently ● Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision ● Prioritization and time management skills ● Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality Skills ● Proven working experience as a cleaner ● Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies ● Integrity ● High school degree QUALIFICATIONS: ● Cleaning experience of 3+ years ● Experience cleaning vacation rentals / hotels preferred ● 3 professional references ● Speak English ● Must have own transportation ● Must have cleaning supplies ● Have or willing to get “Business Liability Insurance” BENEFITS: ● Flexible schedule (11 am - 2:45 pm) ● Paid every Friday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour SCHEDULE: ● Day shift ● On call ● Weekend availability Experience: ● Hotel cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Language: ● English (Required) License/Certification: ● Business Liability Insurance (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
