We offer an extremely fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Our team also enjoys great pay and awesome benefits.   A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JOB SITE INSPECTOR As a Job Site Inspector, you are vital to the successful and accurate completion of our projects. Setting the scene for production, your responsibilities include: Visiting our job sites to introduce yourself to our customer and to confirm all materials are present and ready Meeting with neighbors and setting up Bondoc Roofing displays so the entire neighborhood knows that our team will be performing work in the area Climbing up on to the roof to photograph the process Stopping by our local roofing supply companies to pick up any additional materials Inspecting completed projects Assisting our Project Managers with any other duties needed to complete a project   QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOB SITE INSPECTOR Proficiency with basic computer and smartphone functions English fluency Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of this position, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outside in various weather conditions Do you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Can you work well both independently and alongside a team? Are you positive and friendly? Do you have strong problem-solving skills? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize multiple tasks?
