Help loading and maneuvering trailer

I need someone to help load a sectional and a dining table and chairs into a small U-Haul trailer. I need someone who knows how to maneuver pulling the trailer/backing it up/turning it around because the space inside my condo area is small. It would take an hour at the most and I will pay $200. I want to do this Friday 10/14 at 3:30.
