Renovating a duplex so might need several people, but unknown as of yet. Also have other properties lined up after this one. Must know what you are doing Must be able to work enthusiastically ALSO HIRING for OTHER skills. Need demo work, drywall, electrical, plumbing, helpers, handymen, flooring, etc. Must be ethical and work well under pressure and as a team.
