Warehouse Associates/Retail $20 p/hr + OT + 40 hours per week PrideStaff has several furniture warehouse associate positions available in Brookfield CT. Beginning this weekend Sat 15th. You will be supporting a high end furniture store closing for the next 3 months, full time positions, 40 + hrs per week. $20 per hour. We are seeking a physically fit, responsible individual, sharp appearance to help load/unload furniture and furnishings. Associates are responsible for ensuring that items are undamaged and placed in the correct position in the new location. To be successful as an associate you must have stamina to lift and carry furniture and furnishing and manual duties. Ability to assist retail customers in a friendly and warm manner. Associate Responsibilities: 1. Wrap/unwrap furniture in shrinkwrap and or cardboard. 2. Move, load, pack and unload items with care. 3. Ensure that no items are damaged while moving. 4. Place furniture/furnishings in the requested positions at the new location. 5. Take inventory of items and maintain all materials 6. Maintain clean work area Associate Requirements: 1. Physically fit. 2. Punctual and professional. 3 A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable. 4. Ability to communicate, clean attire and crisp attire 5.
