Learning Reimagined’s “How You Can Help” webinar series starts Sun. Nov. 6th, 2022 How you can help your child recover lost math skills using free or cheap online resources: Sun. Nov. 6, 2022 at 7:30 CST. How you can help your child improve their reading comprehension and vocabulary at no cost!: Sun. Dec. 4th at 7:30 CST. Unfortunately, today’s students are suffering from lost learning due to Covid. in all subjects. Parents need to step in and help their children recover these lost skills. Teachers and schools are overwhelmed, understaffed and many teachers are burning out. Teaching our children and seeing them successful academically is the responsibility of everyone, not just schools. Learning Reimagined will be providing free webinars on the first Sun of the month at 7:30 pm. These webinars will focus on different ways for parents, caregivers and community members to help our academically struggling children. They will be recorded and uploaded to Youtube. Our first webinar will be Sun. Nov. 6 at 7:30 Central Standard Time. It will focus on helping you help your child improve academically in math. Then, Sun. Dec. 4th there will be a webinar on helping you help your child to improve in reading comprehension and vocabulary. These first two webinars will be presented by Lynda Delo, a current Caddo school teacher with over 20 years experience in public education and ten years experience as a homeschooler and mother of four children. There will be time after the live webinars for a question and answer period.
