10/13/2022 4:00 p.m Found a Motorola cell phone while walking along Route 46 in Niles. It was laying behind a curb in the grass. I don't believe rain got to it because it is still operational. The phone is locked with a pin and I know nothing about hacking cell phones. I will keep the cell phone charged in case it rings to help find the rightful owner.
