COC is an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental/intellectual and/or physical disabilities. No previous experience is required or necessary. As a DSP you will be working directly with clients and responsibilities vary from one work location to another as we support a diverse array of individuals with things such as: teaching new skills, providing transportation to appointments, hiking and exploring the outdoors, performing medication passes, preparing meals, pursuing individual interests, maintaining health and hygiene, and simply hanging out and talking. “This is the best job I have ever had.
