Need Practice Space

Me and my friend are trying to find a practice space to play on Sunday afternoon/evenings, preferably east of Pittsboro or west of Cary (Apex would be ideal). I play guitar/piano/sing, and he plays drums. We don't play as loud as metal but it would still be somewhat loud. We have a small budget but will pay what we can but I'm willing to discuss.
