Private, member-owned community located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart is seeking a Full-Time Dock Hand for our wet/dry slip Marina. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of ships store and docks, boat launch and recovery, and retail sales. Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism is a must as this position interacts frequently with the members. Basic computer skills and a clean driving record are required. Boating experience along with trailer experience are a plus, but not required if willing to learn. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, refuel watercraft and climb ladders. Neat and legible handwriting is required. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays.
