B&E Collision has two openings for Estimating and Data Analysis. Experience in the Auto Collision industry is required. Experience with CCC One estimatics system is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be required to:
1) Estimate costs of repairing damaged automobile and truck bodies, on basis of visual inspection of vehicle and familiarity with standard parts, costs, and labor rates: Examines damaged vehicle for dents, scratches, broken glass, and other areas requiring repair, replacement, or repainting.
2) Examine interior for evidence of fire or water damage to upholstery and appointments.
3) Determine feasibility of repair or replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors, according to familiarity with relative costs and extent of damage.
4) Compute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to pre-collision condition, using standard labor and parts cost system (CCC One).
5) Estimate cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs where shop performs both body work and mechanical servicing of vehicles.
6) Creates itemized estimate and explains estimate to customers.
7) May estimate cost of repainting, converting vehicles to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles, depending on specialty of shop.
8) Manage vehicle from intake through repair and supplementation process until completion.
9) Communicate with customers and insurance companies/representatives during the repair process to keep them apprised of status as well as post-completion follow up to insure their complete satisfaction with the repairs.
10) Deliver exceptional customer service.
11) Other duties as needed.
