It happened at about 10 on Kings near Harrison this morning, my dog got his head out of his collar and started running and she really fast went into traffic and cut him off before he got hit. Shoulda got her number then but, she took off fast as soon as I had got my boy back on leash before i could even thank her. She had fluffy long blonde hair, wearing flip flops lol, real cute smile. and a plant on the back of her bike.
