I have an MCI 102d Bus. Bus is in Los Feliz. Has been running great until lately; now experiencing hard starts; starts on third try. One of the Circuit Breakers was replaced; still hard starting. I have a mobile mechanic that comes out but he has been too busy lately to see me. I need someone EXPERIENCED, RELIABLE and GOOD. NO B.S.
