Foreman: Foreman must have knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, materials and tools used in concrete site construction. Must be able to read plans and manage the crew. Must understand, manage and prevent occupational hazards and instruct crew on safety practices. - Full-Time concrete construction foreman needed for work all around Los Angeles! - Must have experience in hillside foundations, working with concrete, rebar, steel, etc. - Must be able to read plans. - Self-motivated, with good work ethic, team player, reliable and honest - Ability to track crews work time - Must speak English and Spanish fluently. - You must have your own safety equipment - (boots, gloves, etc) - Reliable transportation required - Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
