Our company is looking for dependable seasonal installers for our commercial/residential clients mostly in North Dallas with a few outlier clients in the metroplex. Pay is performance based as a 1099 Independent contractor on projects completed but typically averages $25-$35/hour worked or $200-$300/day working 5-6 days/week in peak season. Slow start will begin in October and progressively get busier into November and usually wrap up around 7th of December. On January 2nd we start removing everything until completed around the 15th. Bonus for reliable crew members that don't miss a day for install and removal. *You will be working outdoors in hot/cold weather, on roofs, ladders, lifting 50lbs or more, climbing trees, etc. ***MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. We have all the materials/tools, uniforms, just need your brain, hands and feet!
