Construction Laborers needed for our growing residential and commercial construction company for our Project in North Little Rock, AR. Richardson Builders is looking for hard working individuals that can work with a crew to get each job done at an efficient rate. Richardson Builders is an equal opportunity employer. May operate a variety of small hand and power tools in support of these tasks. Cleans and prepares sites, cleans up rubble and debris, carries out general labor, removes waste materials, and performs touch-ups in preparation for the closing of projects Maintains a clean job site. This includes ensuring all tools and equipment are picked up and securing the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. Assists with the loading and unloading of trucks and haul and hoist materials. Other duties as assigned by Superintendent or Construction Coordinator Qualifications All applicants must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Experience within the residential construction industry is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
