Hey there! My name is John and I am a local real estate broker. I live in NW Portland and I am looking to hire someone to help with handyman, DIY, landscaping and general labor type projects at my home as well as a few different rental properties. I have more projects that I can complete myself and can provide consistent work for the foreseeable future. Some of the projects include: Putting down grass seed Sanding and staining bookshelves Stacking firewood Digging trenches for underground downspouts and dry wells Weeding Blowing leaves Prepping raised garden beds Installing light fixtures Painting/caulking Making Home Depot runs I'm open to working around your schedule and don't need all of these things done right away. My only request is that once a project is started, it be finished within a reasonable amount of time. I'd prefer not to wait weeks and weeks for projects to be finished.
