Personal Assistant NEEDED Part-Time [five hours per week, $20/hr]
Busy business owner and dog mom looking for a great local personal assistant in Seattle.
I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced personal assistant who loves organization and enjoys hanging out with dogs as well as generally helping with whatever is needed. This position may expand in the future for the right fit.
Duties would include:
• Scheduling personal appointments for myself, the cars, and the house (doctors appts, service appts, housekeeping, laundry pickup, etc.)
• Keep my spaces organized such as my office, closet, files, client and business supplies, etc.
• Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, car wash, etc.
• Sorting mail, deliveries, putting away groceries, laundry, and clean dishes, etc.
• Order, wrap and ship gifts
• Light cleaning when needed
• Occasionally help with the pup when needed (driving to appointments, walking her while I am at meetings, etc.)
My dog is a sweet and snuggly 10-month-old medium size Mix. My business is a primarily a successful and busy real estate practice, but also includes entrepreneurial enterprises like inventing, investing, and managing my cars being rented out on Turo. An ideal schedule would be 9am – 11:30am, Monday & Thursday.
