Reports to: Chris Shipley, President and Rene Garcia, Lab Manager Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Control experience necessary. We utilize UPS and Fed Ex Ground along with some occasional LTL freight. Incoming freight must be inspected, counted and paperwork processed for movement into warehouse. This is a Full-Time position This is not a Temp Agency Advertisement. Please read details below and apply with experience. Job Description Purpose.......... To perform manual and clerical work in the shipping, receiving, storing, and delivery of widely diversified supplies and equipment in a warehouse setting, to include: Parts pulling, some assembly, packaging, palletizing, weighing, labeling and loading. Accurately locate and manually pull products from shelves. Scope............ Responsible for the receiving, unpacking, storing or delivering of any supplies and equipment. Must acquire familiarity with the various types of materials and the clerical work associated with storekeeping. Learn all aspects of company work flow and different department material and equipment. Candidate shall have: • Forklift driving experience • UPS/Fed Ex online and local computer shipping management tools • Valid Driver’s license, clean record • Attention to Detail and Accuracy with inventory pull and counting • Ability to prioritize daily tasks for work loads • Problem solving and ability to package equipment in boxes and pallets for shipping to eliminate damages • Energized Self starter • Basic Computer ability • Read and Speak fluent English (Second language a plus) • Physical labor is required daily. Capable of working on feet for 8 hours. Must be able to lift 90 pounds without issues, work well with others taking direction, offering suggestions and communicating effectively to get the job done. Wage range: $22-27.00 hour DOQ VII) Other duties as assigned Hours: 40 hours per week 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ½ hour for lunch Monday through Friday Physical and Job Skill Requirements: Punctual Customer Service and Detail Oriented Hand and Power Tool use Hand non-powered tools Basic Computer ability Self starter and pride in work Follow and listed to instructions and training Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Ability to follow direction. Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver’s License.
