Western Neon is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to fill a position within our installation and service department. This is a full-time position that has the potential for tremendous growth. You will work alongside our Lead Installation Tech to install multiple types of custom signage both electrical and non electrical. Based on provided drawings/documentation you will be installing and repairing custom signage using hardware, tools, and other materials. This position will require skills in using hand tools and power tools. Duties / Responsibilities: - Installation of signage within commercial environments both interior and exterior. - Able to install independently or with team members while maintaining all safety standards. - Ability to work comfortably and safely in small, confined spaces and at higher elevations. - Loading and transportation of multiple types of signage. - Operation of lift vehicles and equipment while also ensuring the fleet is maintained. - Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order. - Provide a high level of customer service on installations. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements / Skills: - Must be able to complete labor-intensive work repeatedly, including lifting 50lbs, working on ladders, etc. - Experience with basic hand tools is necessary (tape measures, impact drivers, drills, hammer drills, grinders, etc). Some construction experience is necessary.
