FOUND CHILD'S CLOTHING IN STREET

I found several items of clothing (little girl's, sizes 18-24 months) and her backpack just laying in the street in front of my house, like someone just tossed them out. These are not trash items, they are perfectly good; including a nice warm jacket that some child is going to be needing soon. And a backpack with a few toys in it. Located near NE 122nd & Glisan. I'm very distressed about this, concerned about what happened to the child these belong to, and who would do such a thing, just toss them out of their car. I would like to be able to return them to her. Please call me if you have any info. Carole .
