Brand Besties is seeking a team of reliable and outgoing brand ambassadors to join our TXDOT campaign: Be Safe. Drive Smart! In 2021, more than 79,000 traffic crashes occurred in the state’s five major energy production areas resulting in 1,119 deaths, a 20 percent increase over the previous year. The first step to ending traffic crashes like these is to bring awareness to our communities. Brand Besties and TXDOT will be setting up an activation at the high school football game in Fort Stockton. Brand ambassadors will educate students and families on the importance of safe driving through fun and interactive activities and passing out free swag! Staff must feel comfortable approaching attendees and engaging them in conversation.
