Summer Place Apartments is currently seeking a Full time Maintenance Tech that is HVAC certified. He/she must know plumbing and some electrical. Familiar with apartment maintenance. Installing garbage disposals, troubleshooting air conditioning and heating. Finding leaks in the ground. Must know how to work on swimming pools and understand the chemical levels in the pool. You must be a team player and work well with others. You must be able to remain calm during Emergencies. You must be able to communicate effectively with tenants. You must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle (That is a must!!) You will be required to use your personal vehicle to go and pick up parts when need be. You must be able to lift heavy items, bend, kneel or crawl. This job is 8-5 M-F occasionally you will work overtime and work some Saturdays. Weekly pay!! Pay is based on experience.
