We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our mobile home park.
Some responsibilities include:
Daily upkeep of the property, as well as renovation of vacant units for occupancy.
Secure the maintenance shop at close of day.
Some Requirements Are:
The ability to do drywall and repairs, light plumbing, painting.
Ability to operate hand tools including power tools.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Pass a drug screen and a background check.
