Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This position deals directly with guests. A friendly, diplomatic demeanor, and neat appearance required. Saturday and Sundays are required. Friendly resort environment. Some responsibilities will include: Overall maintenance and beautification of facility and grounds. Taking work orders, prioritizing them, and handling each order in an efficient and timely manner. Handling urgent requests, and completion of any and all assigned facility support, maintenance, and repair work. Perform minor maintenance replacement and repairs in areas of carpentry, painting, and other building repairs through daily scheduled work orders. A well qualified applicant will have: -Ability to communicate with customers in a positive, diplomatic, and friendly manner -Ability to work outside for extended periods of time -Ability to work weekends -Knowledge to properly perform casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items -Skill in efficiently using common repair and maintenance tools -Basic knowledge of the repair and maintenance of other household appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures -Ability to pass a background and drug screen
