Small custom screen printing business seeking an employee who can handle an organized work environment. Looking for an individual who wants to learn how to silk screen print on a M&R 12 color automatic press/ 6-color M&R auto press. They would be working along side the skilled printer, learning and assisting the printer. Once they have gained enough experience, can show they can print correctly and understand the machine / job at hand, they will then be moved up to an actual screen printer position. an individual can expect to be in the position anywhere from 3-6 months BEFORE moving up to a printer position - could be longer based on skill set. The position requires 40 hrs a week Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. The work day starts promptly at 8am. Lunch is from 12-1pm. This position requires an individual who is detail orientated and able to pay attention to written instructions. Someone who can work independently with little supervision.
