Please estimate the job: 1) Strip/Resurface and Paint Fire Escape (step 1) 2) Repair/replace cement siding panels, and aluminum corner beading, and aluminum flashing as needed (Step 2) 3) Clean siding on the building (some plant residue present / this should not be power washed) (Step 3) **Only 3 sides of the building will be painted, one is inaccessible. Only cement boards will be painted. 4) Paint the entire building (Step 4) We will provide the paint, cement panels and corner beading. We have plenty of other work available on an ongoing basis.
