Mowgli has been found in downtown Hilo. A young teen tabby male neutered kitten. We know his name because he was chipped by the Humane Society. Mowgli wants to go home! He currently is living with a feral colony, but this isn’t the life for him on the street. He wants to love and be loved. Please contact me so Mowgli can go home. He misses you. Aloha!
