looking for space to share- electronics repair

Hello, I have been repairing guitar amps in my garage and I’m looking for a space to share/rent to set up my shop a bit better. If I had my dream it would be with a musician type person who has gear they care about that has some cooler(climate controlled ideally) clean space for me to set up a work bench with a solder station and testing equipment, store some amps and parts and allow me to work in a clean space. My garage is ok but when I have woodworking projects the dust is awful and not good for clean freshly serviced amplifiers. This is a shot in the dark I know. I take my work seriously and have a lot of responsibilities so I can furnish excellent references. I live in Makawao so I guess upcountry is where I’d like to be.
