Job description: HOURLY RATE OF $22 + Mileage after 45-day Review Partners with Aflac and Zion for Health Benefits Chippewa Valley Property Management is seeking a maintenance professional to help maintain our rental property portfolio. Our portfolio mainly consists of properties within the Eau Claire, Chippewa, and Dunn counties. The work will consist of general repairs, renovations, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks. Must have the following: • Own transportation (Valid driver's license) • Has own tools for general repairs • Self-motivation • Dependability • Consistency • Must be able to work independently Prefer basic experience/background in any of following: • Plumbing • Electrical • Painting • Sheet Rock • Flooring • HVAC • Other associated maintenance processes Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm - Approximately 1 week out of 5-8 weeks will have to respond to emergency calls after hours.
