Home Remodeling company that does complete house remodels for various hedgefunds and investors are extremely busy in Lake Panasoffkee ocala and surrounding areas are seeking an electric journeyman to handle the electric issues we are having at these homes. Applicant must know troubleshooting, running new feeds, R&R outlets, switches, gfi”s, panel changes, proper wire gauge per application. Must have own tools and transportation. Pay is based on $25 hourly x estimated time to handle a certain piece work. Example to change all the outlets and switches we agree on 10 hours, so when the switches and outlets are complete you will get $25x 10 hours = $250 for that particular piece work or open to piece working entire job. Once work is completed, we pay within 5 minutes per zelle or Venmo. We have one position open for full time work.
