Vinyl Tile Installer Needed

I need 12 X 24-inch vinyl tiles installed in my kitchen over the stone tile floor. We already have the tiles and underlayment and can get anything else you need to do the job. The kitchen floor is 7' by 26.5' Some of that is taken up by cabinets but that does not include the area under the fridge and washing machine. There are 2 cracks in the subfloor. One is about 5 feet long the other about 10 that will need to be repaired first. If you have experience with installing vinyl tiles and repairing subfloors and would like to do this job let me know. We would like to have it done ASAP as we prepared the kitchen for a contractor that didn't show up and didn't call on Oct 13 when he was supposed to do the job. Let me know approximately what you think you would charge to do the job.
