Well seasoned guitar/bass player hoping to join up with others who are not yet ready to quit playing and sell off the equipment! True, making a living with music is a younger person's pursuit, but for those of us who actually did that a few decades back, who still likes to play? May not be headlining an arena, may not even be entertaining the regulars at some particular bar. Might just be some musicians gathering once a week! That Wurlitzer Electric Piano that once dazzled a crowd wants you back. That sunburst Strat leaning against your silverface Twin is not going to play itself. Gather them up, and plan to meet at my practice room in Greensboro. Me? Picked up guitar in the 70s, y'know, back in the first era of Progressive FM Radio. Learned bass in a country band in the 80s. Have PA Gear, all my own noisemakers and amps, have a place to practice and play, need like-minded players. Really enjoy Blues (Walter Trout, Samantha Fish, Popa Chubby and classic stuff). Love Allman Brothers and Grateful Dead. Too many likes and influences. Let me know what you play and what you like.
