Band needs lead guitar

Our guitarist is moving away. And we have a new singer who is bringing in her eclectic song choices. So, there's lots of room for fresh input. We have drums, bass, and piano. We favor songs with strong melodies drawn from old soul, Motown, Van Morrison, ranging into Elvis Costello, REM, veering into The Shangri-Las, some Bonnie Raitt and old Faces, maybe leaning a bit toward Willie Nelson... We practice one weeknight a week. We do an occasional gig. We are not a "working band". Looking for a guitarist who plays with economy and melodic flair. We are in the 30 to 70 age range, if that matters.
