This is a free event open to the public. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible. Here is a quick overview of what to expect at this life saving and educational event. *Introductory self defense seminar host by Master Jeff Mikulak *1- Hour kids' class (5:30PM), followed by 1-hour Women's only class(6:30PM). Activities will be available for the kids during the women's class. *Education / Information from Quigley House staff "Pay what you can" donations will benefit Quigley House.
