Momma dog and pups need a home

Would anyone be able and willing to foster this momma and her babies. I tried to save her from the shelter with great intentions, but unfortunately her and my female shepherd are not getting along. I’ve exhausted all options and at this point they just stressing each other out. I don’t know too much about her other than she has been in a backyard her whole life and she is around 11 months old. She is very sweet around me and my children, seems to be unsure of my cats. She has a litter of 3 pups who are around 4 weeks. She is a German shepherd
