Amy Beacom, CEO of Center for Parental Leave Leadership Amy began developing the field of parental leave coaching and consulting in 2006. Today, she consults with Fortune 100 companies, international organizations, working parents, and others to transform the way companies (and our country) engage with the parental leave transition. Zaira Flores Marin, Outreach Coordinator for Paid Leave Oregon Zaira brings 10+ years of experience with public policy, program implementation, and community outreach to her role as Outreach Coordinator with Paid Leave Oregon. She has served in leadership roles launching and managing state and countrywide initiatives serving seniors, people with disabilities, and immigrant communities. Lisa Kwon, Policy Manager at Family Forward Oregon As a 1.5 generation immigrant and daughter of an immigrant single mother, Lisa quickly realized the many barriers that exist for families without robust support systems. As Policy Manager at Family Forward Oregon, Lisa works to ensure equity in our state’s paid family medical leave implementation, and to ensure program accessibility for workers and families Jessica Martos, Director of Human Resources at PAE Consulting Engineers As Director of Human Resources, Jess leads the Employee Experience team in its operational and strategic initiatives for PAE. With 15 years of experience, her passion is mentoring her team and influencing change by leading the industry with healthy, innovative employment policies and practices.
