Cincinnati joins the ranks among many cities, nationwide, who are on a mission to transform HR with Design Thinking through the HR.Hackathon Alliance. The specific 2-hour event called a "Hackaton" is a new type of networking hands-on event you don't want to miss! The HR.Hackathon Alliance was started by Nicole Dessain, CEO of Talent Imperative (talentimperative.com) based out of Chicago, as an effort to make Design Thinking a common tool used by HR Professionals everywhere. What is an "HR.Hackathon"? It is a 2-hour workshop where participants work on a real business problem, listening for the essence of the problem and then "hacking" possible solutions using Design Thinking techniques. Not familiar with Design Thinking? No problem. Bring your curiosity, empathy, and ideation skills and meet cool, local HR Professionals in a new way! Who is it for?
