Roof Maxx is the first environmentally-friendly USDA BioPreferred treatment to extend the life of asphalt shingle roofs. This treatment, applied by a low-pressure sprayer, soaks into the shingle, bonds with the asphalt, and improves its flexibility, granule adhesion, and waterproofing. Knox Restorations Services, LLC is a local, family-owned Roof Maxx Dealership, doing business as Roof Maxx of Kirkland, WA, and serving communities in King and Snohomish Counties. We are seeking an experienced roofer to complete installation of Roof Maxx treatments, perform Roof Tune-Ups, and other roof maintenance services for our customers. The successful applicant will receive training in installation of Roof Maxx to the standards of excellence we require, and access to certain tools (van with sprayer, treatment product, and ladders); you must provide your own appropriate roofing clothing and roofing boots. The installation will have been sold by a member of our team, and you will have access to our inspection report including photographs, notes, and any customer requests. This is a contract position, and as such the successful applicant will not be an employee of Knox Restoration Services, LLC or Roof Maxx. Required Skills & Experiences: Five years minimum roofing experience Lead or Supervisor experience Ability to work independently in a safe, and timely manner Follow all laws & safety regulations required by the State of Washington, and by our company Provide good customer engagement that represents our business positively Be licensed, bonded, and insured as a roofing subcontractor Must add Knox Restoration Services, LLC as additionally insured No more than 1 moving violation in the previous 3 years; no DUI Compensation: $35 per hour Apply: Send resume and cover letter via email, Attn: Brandon Knox
