RESTORATION TECHNICIANS - FIRE/WATER/MOLD

A & C Noma Construction, Inc. has another division called Northern California Restoration, which performs restoration services for our clients. We are looking to hire multiple positions to expand our footprint in the area. Restoration Technicians is an entry level position (laborer) and will perform remediation and build-back of water/mold/fire damaged structures at residential and commercial properties. Advancement opportunities await individual crew members who are looking to start a career and not just a job. JOB DUTIES • Technicians will work under direction with Restoration Leads on job sites. • Technicians will perform remediation, which will include janitorial, demolition of structural damaged property. • Perform construction labor on build-back damaged property (smaller jobs), which includes flooring, drywall, insulation, cabinets/vanities, toilets, shower/tub surrounds and curbs, tile, minor plumbing issues, painting, etc. • Training opportunities available to expand career and become certified Sr. Technician, which includes certification in one of the following programs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Must have own transportation. • Must be able to work in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. • Must be able to perform physical construction labor or handyman experience. • Must be able to follow lead's directions and communicate issues/questions to Leads. • Must be able to access and work in small containment areas, including crawlspaces and attics. • Must have a professional appearance. • You must have the ability to communicate well with others. • Must be a productive team member and motivated to get the job done on target. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • You must have a reliable and verifiable work history. • Must have great attitude, be punctual, and hardworking individual. • You must be punctual and be able to complete assignments on time. • Drinking and drugs will not be tolerated on job.
