Update! Red Chow

Update! Caught and picked up at 1100, en route to Oakland ACC. Red chow mix wandering loose at port of Oakland. No collar that I could see. 14th and Maritime in Oakland in heart of very heavy truck traffic area. Spotted from around 0900 to 1000 this morning. Tried to catch him but no luck - timid and not wanting to get in car. Gave him some food and he continued to wander in this area. Called Oak PD to send animal control. Good luck!
