Photoshop problems with RAM

I am ready to tear my hair out! Can someone please help me?!?! I have the Adobe Creative Suite CC and have been using Photoshop on a PC with Windows 10 I keep getting a RAM (not enough memory) issue. I have done research and went into my Registry edit HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Adobe/Photoshop and did the "OverridePhysicalMemoryMB" thing that all the online people say to do etc etc etc It still is not working - I might have deeper problems I just need to hire a person who can fix this issue - and is familiar with Adobe I am a total dummy when it comes to this stuff - I have the attention span of a gnat and the patience of a flea!!! My Graphics Processor is compatible
