Beer and Hymns was inspired by Irish and English pubs where singing happens frequently and spontaneously, and this often includes the singing of hymns. A Christian festival in North Carolina called the Wild Goose Festival introduced Beer and Hymns in the United States and now there are Beer and Hymns communities all over the country. And it is as simple and wonderful as it sounds.
