Each week will focus on simple practices of self-care and mindfulness for personal growth.
Hannah Mary will lead open discussions for improved overall wellbeing and energy maintenance to assist in increased self-awareness to help prevent overwhelm and burnout.
Together we can create a fun and personal self-care and mindfulness routine. Techniques will be introduced as a way to continue the process long after the classes have completed.
No prior experience is necessary.
Attending every class is not required but would be most beneficial.
