Join us on the lawn this Wednesday at Jacob Fontaine Park, directly across from the My Vinyasa Practice studio from 7-8 PM. Enjoy an all levels evening flow outside under a canopy of 300 year old oak trees. Leave refreshed and keep an eye out for what we have planned next! Please bring your own mat, water, and anything you need to be comfortable during your practice. Each week we will rotate our MVP teachers for a beautiful and unique all levels accessible flow.
