This outdoor, double-feature movie night event will take place in the EHS parking lot on Friday, November 4th, featuring TWO magical classics: Frozen and Frozen II. Meet your favorite movie characters, have a blast with interactive activities, grab a delicious bite at our food trucks, be treated to complimentary popcorn, and more! A heated tent will be set up at the event from 5:00 - 7:00pm where any guest can meet THE ICE SISTERS! This character interaction is FREE to all ticket holders! Photos are free and encouraged! Check back often to see who is coming!GENERAL INFORMATION Restrooms: There are restrooms in the main EHS lobby. No other access to the building will be granted.Absolutely NO ALCOHOL, drugs, or tobacco will be allowed on site.Chairs and blankets are allowed, but you must set up in close proximity to your car.Guests are asked to dispose of all trash at the designated trash stations at the end of the evening. Small trash bags will be provided to each car.Updates in event info will be communicated to ticket holders via email as well as on our website, Facebook, and Instagram pages.No re-entrance to the parking lot will be permitted after leaving.Sound will be played through speakers and available to stream through your car's FM radio.INCLEMENT WEATHER & REFUND POLICY Edwardsville CEO will be in close communication with their screen vendor. If rain and/or heavy wind is present, the event may be postponed or cancelled. This decision will be communicated to ticket holders via email as well as on our Facebook and Instagram pages.If inclement weather causes the November 4th date to be cancelled, a rainout date is scheduled for Friday, November 18th. Pre-purchased tickets for the original date will be transferred to the rainout date. If the rainout date of 11/18 is cancelled due to inclement weather, guests may request a refund for their purchase.Refunds due to a cancelled event will only be issued if the ticket holder makes a refund request. This request must be made within 48 hours of the cancelled event.Ticket holders cannot request a refund if the event has not been postponed or cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.GIVING BACK Along with making sure our community enjoys the night, we also want to give back to others! We will be having a can food drive collection at the check-in line. We are asking each car to bring at least one canned good to donate to the GlenEd Food Pantry! ABOUT CEO The Edwardsville CEO program is a non-profit and community-funded program for 26 high schoolers from a variety of local schools: Edwardsville High School, Father McGivney Catholic High School, and Metro East Lutheran High School. This program was created to give students a "hands-on" experience in the business world and create partnerships throughout the community.
