On a dark night in Acadiana back in 2017, noted TV journalist Dave McNamara looked up into the cloudless sky and saw the stars with a clarity one doesn’t have in the city. He was awakened to the newest journey: to capture that sky in far off places where it can be seen. It’s taken him to marshes on the Gulf of Mexico and out West for breathtaking glimpses of mountains and National Parks. He is not only a gifted video storyteller on television, but also an award-winning photographer, as this special event will show.
